What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The total estimated delivery time is 3 – 9 business days. This is broken down into two phases:
– Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
– Transit Time: 2 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
Which shipping carriers do you use?

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Kyle, Texas, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Omegabin exclusively serves customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Are there any fees for returning an item?
No. Omegabin provides No-Fee Returns. We do not charge restocking fees, processing fees, or administrative fees. We will also provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to ensure the return process is entirely free of charge for you.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
What are the requirements for a return?
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition and include all original packaging, accessories (cables, ear tips, cases), and manuals.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us at support@omegabin.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because we aim for fast handling (1-2 days), the window for changes is short. Please contact us before 5:00 PM EST on the day of your purchase. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it for a full refund after it arrives.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking numbers are often generated before the carrier scans the package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update.
My payment was declined. Why?
Common reasons include incorrect billing addresses, expired cards, or daily spending limits. We recommend checking your details or using PayPal.
What should I do if my package is marked “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
